hiya? where abouts is this in southwell?

This is a 2 bedroom apartment which is shared between 2 people. It is on an apartment block called The Old Brickyard in Carlton. It has a perfect size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, it is very modern style and you can add your own personal touch to it as the room is plain but still modernized. The block is home to other students aswell so it is a great opportunity to make new friends and socialise. It is perfect for both students studying at the city campus because it's only a short bus journey away and has various stops around the city or for those studying at Brackenhurst the bus number 26 is less than a 5 minute walk away and it goes directly to Brackenhurst. I am moving out of this flat for personal reasons to do with my health. It is £108pppw including bills but not including wifi, the wifi is currently in my name so if it needs to be changed that can be done. If you are interested please let me know.
