**Affordable and nice room really close to city campus and tram stops**

I have a room available from 15th Jan in a shared house. House is located a 7min walk from city campus (Portland Rd - by arboretum). It is a house of 4 people (currently it is myself, 2 girls and 1 boy). They are all very chill, and nice to get along with. House comes with bills included (heating, WIFI, water...), and has 2 toilets, spacious living room and kitchen (washing machine, breakfast bar, cooker, toaster, two kettles, gas stove, double door cupboard to store food+ crockery, two fridge-freezers). Bedroom comes with double bed, desk, shelving unit with drawers and a wardrobe. 

As it is located near city its convenient for accessing shops and cheap too for taxis/ubers after nights out. There is a decent sized Tesco Express up the road too (about 5min walk) if you need to pop quickly to the shops. Also close to a bunch of takeaway places and nice restaurants on Alfreton Rd.

I am looking to move out because a room has opened up in my friends accom that i want to move into. Feel free to message me if you're interested and want pictures/videos or want to come and view it
