Looking for one more person, preferably a girl, to join a house next year- 2 boys, 2 girls. £140 p/w, all bills included, a close walk to NTU and Victoria Centre. All housemates are year 1, fun and tidy. All up for partying, but respectful of other housemates.

One ensuite, top floor bedroom in NTU Byron Residence. Occupancy can begin ASAP. Single bed on top floor, in a flat of 10 friendly people (5 girls, 4 boys). All flatmates are fun and enjoy a night out, while caring and aware of others boundaries and sleep schedules. £165.62 per week until summer term ends- June 1 2022. Large kitchen with 2 ovens/ fridges/ sinks. Clean and respectful flatmates and no SU noise. E block, middle of residence with no neighbouring flat on floor- safe and quiet. Good views from bedroom, arboretum facing. Close to city centre and university buildings, SU and gym, shops and clubs.
