Hi, I'm urgently looking for someone to take over my room from Jan and was wondering if you've got your housing sorted yet. I was staying at Meridian Court, it's a city campus accom but is wayyyyy cheaper than the other ones (my room was enhanced large, lots of space, double bed, 144 p/wk) because it's technically slightly outside of the city - 10 minutes bus. Please don't let that put you off though, you get a free bus pass that lets you get basically anywhere in Nottingham for free (NCTX buses), my friends living in Hampden and Byron both wished they'd lived there instead the amount they ended up spending on buses
The people in my flat were all very nice and (wild that this is a selling point but students be students) and clean up after themselves. The residential staff are also great, especially Jenna.

I've paid the first of 3 instalments (up until late jan i believe), but the room is available to take over IMMEDIATELY - Had to leave a room in Meridian Court due to family health issues - the room is an Enhanced Large, very spacious and has a double bed. The space is intended for 10 people but there are only 4 people living there right now so you get twice as much kitchen and bathroom.
Residents get a free bus ticket that covers the entire Nottingham area and will get you halfish way to Derby (NCTX buses). Aldi, Sainsburys both 10 minute walk and a corner shop 2 minutes round the corner (Goldstar). About 10 minutes on the bus into the city centre.
It shouldn't be a selling point but the flatmates are very clean - a lot to ask from students, I've lived with other people before who weren't!! They're genuinely very nice and I was sad to leave them. The place is also quite quiet if you're not big on partying people, but close enough travel to city that you'll be able to join them if you want.
