=0.9375remLAST room available at Maltings for an ALL GIRLS flat. 44 week contract. 12 minute bus ride to campus, owned by UPP, aka the university, so 24/7 security and reception service.
The bus pass itself costs £299 annually to give access to all of Nottingham. This is included in your rent, luckily. You will also get free access to NTU city gym, which is another £90 off. So from the annual rent price of £4354 on average ( will be lesser ), you're saving around £400.=0.9375remFirst to dm their N number will get the property and can move in asap. It's room 111-01 on the first floor.

Large bedroom with double bed, sink inside, 12 minute bus ride to newton building. Can move in asap, just need to email N1265364@my.ntu.ac.uk first. I moved out because I was sick and heating was turning on from 1st October, but the room is good and I can provide videos. The bus pass is a steal since one way ride is £3 and you’re getting it for free for the whole year, and it works for all of Nottingham.
It’s a 44 week contract with access to NTU city gym for the whole year as well. Do take over fast since it’s the last room available in the same gendered flat. Providers are UPP with 24 hour security and reception, iron board, kettle, vaccum are all provided.

44 week contract, you can move in from today. All you have to do is email your N number to N1265364@my.ntu.ac.uk. First to email gets the accommodation. It’s only 12 minute bus ride to newton building. Girls only—preferably not first years.
The bus pass is annual and works throughout Nottingham, so you’re saving a lot as one way trip is £3. The gym membership is to NTU city gym. The providers are UPP and the place is called Maltings, so there’s 24 hour security too.

Kyo
