City Centre flat wanted ASAP!
I’m currently living in Peverell (Clifton Campus) and I am looking to move into the city centre ASAP.
Unfortunately I also require someone to take over the tenancy of my current room!
The price is £138.39 per week and £6089.16 for the year.
The first instalment is already payed so only the second two will need to be covered.
I am happy to take over the tenancy of another flat for the rest of the year as soon as possible.
