Ensuite Room in a two-bedroom flat in Lace Market.

Due to personal reasons, my flatmate has felt it was best for him to defer for the remainder of the academic year. Therefore, we are currently in search for someone to take over his half of the tenancy.

Location:
Two-bedroom flat in the Lace Market Area; 5 minute walk into the City Centre & Confetti Campus - 12 minute walk to City Campus & Nottingham Station.
*Great transportation links: Lace Market Tram Stop is a stone's throw away from the apartment, in addition to Nottingham City Transport bus services to all areas across the city and the Nottinghamshire County.
*Shops & Leisure - Although the Victoria Centre and multiple supermarkets and retail stores are within close proximity to the area, Lace Market itself is a trendy, vibrant area with multiple pubs, bars, restaurants, mini-markets, vintage clothes shops and more. The National Ice Centre and Motorsport Arena, are also within close proximity to the area, in addition to King Edward Park which is complete with two basketball courts, a skatepark and a gym area.

Property Details:
* Ensuite bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, double bed and a self-contained bathroom (with a bathtub and a shower attachment).
*Open plan kitchen and living space, with ample space for household storage.
*The apartment also has the added feature of a balcony.
*Rent price is set at £475 per month (per person), excluding bills which are roughly £40-50 additionally.

Would prefer a male housemate around the same age (19-20), but it's not out of importance and would be more than willing to accommodate anyone who needs a place.

If you are interested and would like to receive any further enquiries about the property, please don't hesitate to contact me via either of the means of communication, I shall leave below. Please also note, that this will also need to be negotiated with my flatmate and the landlord before anything is set in stone.

Kind regards,
Kyle.
