I have unfortunately had to leave University and therefore my room is free.  Its a spacious, attractive, very central 2 bed flat with an ensuite bath and shower and toilet and a spare toilet off the living room.  The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting room is comfy.  There is a small balcony off the sitting room.  Although the flat is very central it is quiet.
 
My flat mate Kyle is really clean , tidy, quiet and kind. He's a second year audio production student at Nott Trent.
 
There is a car park on site but a space has to be rented separately.  My contract finishes 7 September 2021 although the landlord is really nice and would be open to continuing it.
 
The room is available immediately.
