I have an en-suite room available at Trinity Square which is located right in city centre. It’s only a 5 mins walk away from NTU city campus and a short walk away from Victoria Centre, making it a great location.

- 44 week contract (17th September 2021 to 21st July 2022)
- £175 per week all bills included
- £250 deposit required by Student Roost (refundable at end of tenancy)
- Shared kitchen and living area with 3-5 other people within your flat
- Communal spaces and study areas
- Private residents only courtyard
- Staff onsite 24/7

Need someone to take over the contract as I’ll now be staying somewhere else.
