I have a room available in The Maltings NTU. It is 105ppw with a shared bathroom and kitchen among 5 people.
The halls are really sociable and the people here are friendly and clean. The cleaners will also clean the kitchen and the bathroom twice a week. Only moving out as I had found another place so let me know if you want to take over my tenancy.
