Looking for someone to take over a tenancy in a 5 bed flat on Peel Street in the City Centre. We are all girls and current 2nd year students.

The bedrooms come with a tv and tv licence, built in speakers, desk and loads of storage. The communal areas have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of cupboard space, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is £158 per week and is paid in instalments of £2,054 (with only 2 instalments left that will be due at the end of January and the other at the end of April). The tenancy runs until the end of July.
