I am looking for someone to take over tenancy on a room in shared 6 bed house for next academic year. It’s in Gadd street which is really close to NTU double bed, shared kitchen, 2 x bathrooms and living area. It’s £125 per week and the contract is 52 weeks starting 16th August. It’s inclusive of gas, electricity water and TV licence.
