NEW TENANT NEEDED ASAP

Hi all,

We’re looking for someone to take over for our housemate ASAP. The move in date is asap and the tenancy has already started. Based in West Bridgford on Melton Road we’re a mixture of 2nd and 3rd years and currently an all lads house. The rent is £98 p/week with bills at £16.99 p/week. The tenancy ends on June 30th 2023. This is a 50 week tenancy.
