Waverley place NG7 4HF is a converted Manor House which is situated straight opposite the Arboretum, just a short 2 minute walk from NTU Campus. The apartment block is very secure with fob activated gates and main front door with an intercom for guest or deliveries. 

The room has a modern feel with a double bed with lots of under bed storage, a bedside cabinets which has a usb plug and light, desk, shelf, wardrobe with hanging and shelves, 2 big sash windows with blinds to let in lots of light, TV & wooden flooring. 

It is a shared bathroom but with just one other tenant, again it is modern with a big drawer each under the sink, toilet, shower and basin. 

In the shared living space there is a modern, clean kitchen with ample storage space, washer/dryer dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and an induction hob, there is a seating area with a 3 seater sofa and a kitchen table and chairs. 

The current tenancy is for another 7 months and ends on July 2nd 2023. All bills are included at £160 a week and the apartment is shared with one other tenant, she is friendly, kind and tidy.
