I have a room booked at CastleHaus for next academic year - 2023/2024. But I need to cancel as I have a placement in London. I booked the room thinking I'd be in Nottingham but things have worked out differently.

The contract says that in order for me to cancel, someone else must submit an application and name both me and my room in the "preferences section". 
As the room type is currently sold out, submitting an application without doing this will just see your application rejected.
