Hi, i'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The room will be available from mid-December until the 31st of July. 
It is a shared house for 3 people, shared kitchen and bathroom, double bed. Parking is also available. 
The room is in West Bridgford, 15 minutes or less by bus to either City of Clifton campus. 
The price is £165 per week.
