We are four female NTU students (three going into 3rd year and one going into 2nd year) who are looking for one student to move in!!

- 5-person house in West Bridgford, minutes away from the bus stops into city centre and Clifton, and the Trent Bridge Inn Wetherspoons
- Single bedroom
- £95 per week
- 12 month tenancy (cannot be shortened)
- Bills included (except WiFi)
- Two bathrooms, large kitchen, large lounge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, central heating, small garden and one parking permit
- Tenancy started 1st July 2023 until 30th June 2024 (rent is half in August)
