Hello, i am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Curzon house. it is a premium range 2 en-suit which is fully furbished, a lot of storage and a small double bed. it is based in the city centre with Nottingham Trent being a 10 minute walk way and Victoria centre being a 3 minute walk away. It is £169 a week, however, all the bills are included such as, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, water. It is a shared kitchen which is very spacious and has a lot of storage space. The accommodation also has study rooms, common rooms, laundry rooms and so on.
