Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement beginning in September 2024 as I will not be returning to university in the next academic year. It is an en-suite room available in Peverell Block D, so extremely easy to access NTU very helpful for early sessions, the rent is ​£181.93 per week all bills included. The room is not near the kitchen or entrance, is on the second floor room, and has parking permits available.
