I have a lovely, self contained unit attached to our home which is available for short term B&B stays. It consists of a small kitchenette, with a microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized fridge and sink. This is situated with a cosy sitting room with a sofa and desk. There is a bedroom off the living space which can be open plan or separated by a curtain. There is also a separate shower room/wc.

It is situated within walking distance of the Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus, where there is a hopper bus to the University Of Nottingham campus' and within easy walking distance of bus routes and the Tram network, which serves the City Centre.

It is cosy and you will be made to feel very welcome! Ideal for interim stays during the term or graduation period, or to host visiting family.
