Tenancy Transfer In Hampden Needed

Due to family reasons, I am looking for someone interested in taking over a tenancy agreement for student accommodation within Hampden.  The first payment is all paid for which will allow a few months of free accommodation.  Next payment is due mid Jan 25.

Hampden is located 5 minutes from every Nottingham Trent University Campus and is neighboring Victoria Centre (Shopping Complex). It's a tenancy with 5 other friendly easy going males.
