I am a first year ntu student looking for someone to take over the contract on my en suite at Goldsmith Court.
It is a 30 second walk from city campus (recently refurbished and in perfect condition)
There is a shared kitchen with 4 other flatmates who are lovely people and are looking forward to welcoming in a new flatmate.
selling at 185 pounds a week (or nearest offer) which is cheaper than the current going rate for this room - 51 week contract
