Hello, I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract for semester 2 at the glasshouse student accommodation in a flat of 3 people with shared common space. The room has a double bed, large desk, big window with the best view in the property, deposit £99. It is available from now until 29th July 2024 at £154 per week bills included.

The glasshouse is a short walking distance to NTU city Campus as well as supermarkets, takeaways, shopping center and a gym.
