Large room – 13’6 max x 12’0 – High ceilings, double glazed wooden sash window to the front, original wooden floor boards, and a classic Arroll cast iron radiator. Currently semi-furnished but bed can be provided a minimum contact. 

House Share with one person and myself who is here only rarely. We are looking for a quiet respectful housemate. WE are lgbtqia+ friendly. I work elsewhere and am rarely in Nottingham. 

£500 + £100 bills (as long as heating bill is not excessive). This price includes council tax.
