It is an en-suite room in a six person mixed gender flat with 5 very friendly people already living there.
The room, its furniture and the en-suite are all in very good condition. 
Very large modern shared kitchen/seating area and the flat is less than a 5 minute walk from any of the uni buildings (including the library and main lecture facilities) and the bus stop into the city centre.
It is £132.72 per week.
