My Gill Street North ensuite room is available immediately for rent.
I have left NTU for personal reasons, but was very happy with my 5 house mates (4 female, 1 male), it's on the ground floor overlooking the gardens, so people aren't walking directly past your window, a 5 mins walk to Uni and close to the city centre and transport links.
Room has plenty of storage and no issues with comfort or condition. Kitchen has good storage with a table and small sofa.
