I'm looking for a student to take over a double room in a student house with a shared kitchen, living room, garden, two full bathrooms and an additional separate toilet.
The house is in a great location near the Arboretum, and is only a 5–10 minute walk to Nottingham Trent University City Campus, with easy access to the city centre.
Parking is available with the purchase of a resident parking permit.
