A double bedroom is available to rent from 3rd of August 2026 until 6th of July 2027, in a 5 double bedroomed house, with two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen and a garden.
Four rooms have already been taken by four females going into their second year and so would prefer another female. 
The rent is £455 a month and the deposit is £400. The first months rent and deposit are due on or before the 3rd August and then subsequently at the beginning of each month.
Bills are to be paid separately but also monthly, the landlord to let us know what this cost will be split between 5 people.
The house is about 20 mins away from the city campus, and there is buses that go directly outside the house, the street name is Bowers Avenue. Photos on request.
