We are looking for someone to take over a room in our house in Beeston, which is the en suite upstairs.

It is £146 a week, £635 a month and in total the rent would be £7620 for 51 weeks.

The house is pretty good in size, good garden and a great location for transport accessibility.

The tenancy starts 1st September 2026 and ends 31st August 2027.

For context for who you'd be sharing with, us three are currently first year students who are in the animation and games courses, 2 guys and 1 girl.
