I am no longer in need of my accommodation in Bed 021.8, Block 3, Goldsmith Court in
Nottingham and therefore need someone to take over my tenancy.
The flat is full apart from my room and has 8 rooms: 6 of which have female tenants and one with a male tenant.
It is £170ppw and a 46week contract starting from the 11th of September 2026 to the 30th of July 2027
