Hi, I'm a final-year student returning from placement and have a spare room available in my apartment. It's a nice modern two-bedroom apartment, with the larger bedroom available. It's located in NG7, just past Sherwood Rise Medical Centre, around 10 minutes by car or bus from the Victoria Centre, or about a 20-minute walk into the city centre.The apartment is furnished, although I'm happy to make adjustments depending on your requirements. There's also a large garden with some great seating.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.I can also speak highly of the landlord, having dealt with them a few times myself.
