I am looking for someone to take over my ensuite studio at IQ Nelson Court starting in September 2026 self-contained studio with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, £186/week all bills included, just 10 mins walk to Newton campus and a loads of restaurants and supermarkets 1-2 mins walk away. Common room with a ps5, table tennis, pool, a music room with instruments and lovely staff.
