I’m looking for a student to take over my Silver En Suite at Winfield Court, Nottingham.

£165 per week, bills included. Small double bed, private en-suite and furnished room in a 5/6-bed shared flat.

Available from 12 September 2026 until 3 September 2027. WiFi, gym, study areas and social spaces are included.

This would be an official tenancy takeover through Fresh/Winfield Court, subject to their approval.
