I am looking for somebody to take over my contract at the Glasshouse student accommodation in the city campus. 
 

• One room within a three bedroom flat. 
• From the 17th of April – 31st June (15 weeks, just shy of 4 months). 
• £124 per week including bills!! 
• Located behind the Intu Victoria shopping centre (great access to shops such as Tesco, Boots and restaurants)  
• The glasshouse is directly above an Aldi (Food shop). 
• 10-minute walk to university facilities including the NTU library and Newton. 
• Bus access to Clifton campus. 
• Tram access within walking distance. 
• Train station within walking distance (15 minutes) or 2 tram stops away. 
• Excellent accommodation security.
