One room on the ground floor and one free in the basement. The basement room has a large walk-in wardrobe and all rooms come with a double bed, desks, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There are two toilets and one shower between five tenants, but currently only four live there. Large kitchen/living room with a tv, two fridge/freezers, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. 

£117 a week including bills but not WIFI – but WIFI has already been sorted.
