I have a room available at the Glasshouse from January 2022 to July 2022. It is very popular with students as it is in the city centre right next to the Victoria centre, uni and tram stop. It's sharing with 2 boys and 2 girls sharing a large kitchen with sofas and 2 large bathrooms.  My room is very spacious with plenty of storage and a small double bed. It's £122 pw.
