I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy agreement for an en-suite bedroom at IQ Signal Place. The room is available right away for £161/week, and the tenancy agreement ends on 7th of September 2024. The room comes with a small double bed with an under-bed storage, study desk + chair, wardrobe, mirror, private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, small mirror). There is a shared kitchen and living space in the flat, as well as a laundry room, study spaces (quiet room and meeting room), cinema room, private dinning room, and rooftop terrace in the building.
