Looking for someone to move into one of our rooms in a shared 5 bed flat on Peel Street in the City Centre asap. We are 4 current second year students studying: psychology, criminology, law and sports science.

The bedrooms come with a tv, a large desk, plenty of storage and a double bed. The communal areas come with a large flat screen tv in the living room and a sound bar with a large sofa, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as plenty of cupboard and surface space. There are also two shared bathrooms.

The rent is £158 per week with all bills and a tv licence included up until the end of July, and is paid in 4 instalments (2 of which have already is).
