HEAVILY DISCOUNTED Manor Village Student Room Available- City Campus
Hi, looking for a replacement tenant as my daughter is deferring her place. Rental fees for 44 week lease are £5,896.00 but I will pay 1st terms rental fees of £1,928.00. Remaining rental fees are £3,968.00 inclusive. Tenancy begins 18th September- 23rd July. Ready to move in at any time.
Share with 5 other 1st year NTU students in a mixed sex student accommodation. Ground floor flat, overlooking courtyard, 24hr security, nice safe location and near all amenities eg. bus stop, shops, etc. Spacious room (small double bed) with shared kitchen/dining area, shared bathroom (inclusive of shower) with 1 or 2 others maximum, New common room/Study area. 25min walk to NTU (city campus) or short 10min bus ride. Fantastic Value.

Failure to find replacement student at Manor villages since September. Has anybody else manage to find a replacement student? Or are you in a similar situation to myself? Curious to know if there is anything else I should have done . Thanks
