Hi, I have a room available from 29th November 2021 in Maple (G) block at Brackenhurst. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am withdrawing from NTU to transfer to another university. It is a standard ensuite room which is £130 per week. The first tenancy installment has already been and the next tenancy payment is due 13th January 2022. Therefore I am looking for someone to move in asap. It is a very spacious room with lots of storage available. The flat is shared with five lovely, kind and welcoming flatmates. It is right on campus so lectures, the library and all other facilities are in very close proximity.
I will leave the room clean and empty for immediate use.
