I am looking for somebody to take over and continue my tenancy at Simpsons Halls.
It is a large en-suite room with a brand new, grey tiled bathroom area.
The Flat currently has 6 boys and 4 girls, all of which are very friendly.
It costs £6300 per year  (£144 p/w), of which Sept-Feb has already is for. You can continue your tenancy from this point onwards. 
I am not interested in swapping accommodations as I have already found a flat elsewhere which I would like to move into.
