I am looking for someone to take over my current tenancy at trinity square from now until the end of July, as I have to fly home unexpectedly.It is a 5 Minuit walk from the university and has all bills included. There are 3 other flat mates who are all nice. Rent is 175 a week and will be from when you take over the tenancy from me. Please I have to go home and won’t be in England for a long time.
