I have moved out of my room in Peverelle Halls in Clifton Campus and need someone to fill it URGENTLY !
The room is in perfect condition, I have only stayed in it three times!
The room is an en-suite at the end of a corridor in a flat of 6 people total, 4 lads and 2 girls (including me)
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink and the room is 2 rooms from the kitchen. The room has a single bed and lots of storage, a huge desk and it’s also a warm room with a nice view of trees.

The room costs :
Standard ensuite (44 weeks): £6,541.92 / year (£148.68/week)
