I'm subletting my flat from 9 December. The kitchen is shared. The flat has a size of 13 m2, and with the kitchen, the size is 21 m2. The bathroom and toilet are private.

The room has a double bed, a desk and is fully equipped (hangers, stove, pots and pans, bed linen, towels, ...).

The flat is located in a new student residence, called NOVA, 5 min walk from NTU and 3 min from the city centre. The residence has a laundry room, a games room (billiards, table tennis), a karaoke room, a cinema room and a work room. 
There is always someone at the reception desk.

The flat can be rented until next September 2023. 

The price is £169/week, a £20 discount per week.
