2 Bed Apartment Available!
Hi,
My friend and I are urgently looking for 2 people to take over our tenancy for a 2-bed apartment located in the Park Estate, which is a 10-minute walk from NTU City Campus and a 12-minute walk into the City Centre. It is also a walkable distance from the bus which takes you straight into NTU's Clifton Campus. The rent and bills have is for up until January 2023, however it is available for move in at any time. The remaining amount left to pay from January - June is £5393.17 per person including bills. There is also Wifi available if you are interested. Beautifully presented 2 bed 2 bath apartment at El Marques available Friday 13th April for 1 week. Sleeps 6, all linens provided, fully equipped kitchen facilities, self catering, pool, onsite bar/restaurant. I usually use the villa this week every year, but coming to Tenerife a week early this year to fit in with school hols.
