I am dropping out at Christmas and need somebody to take over my room urgently. My current room is second floor of j block in gill street south and is at the end of the corridor so good if for  looking for a quieter room. Great group of people in the flat and are very sociable. When I leave it will be 4 boys and 3 girls so gender doesn't matter. Rent is £172 a week. Ideally I need to find someone who could take over the room before the 12th so you can pay the the rent to the university otherwise the rent would need to be paid to me until the last payment.
