I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my room in Peverell hall of residence which is just a 5 minute walk from Clifton campus and a bus stop where transport to city is available every 10 minutes.
The rent is 148 per week (bills included) this month has already been covered. The room is a standard en-suite with a shared kitchen, I need a replacement asap so if interested don't hesitate to contact me.
