I will not be returning to University next year so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 23/24 sharing a house with 4 other 2nd year NTU students (2 boys, 2 girls). Rent is £108 per week (not including bills) and it's just a 5 min walk to the NTU City Campus. House is on Portland Road NG7 4GP. House mates are very friendly.
Replacement tenant must be a student and will need to take over the tenancy for the full year.
