We are looking for a 4th member for our 4-bed house, with a garden, for the 2023/24 year. House is located at 65 Glentworth Road, Radford, Bobbers Mill, NG7 5QN. The room available is the downstairs room, comes with a double bed, desk, and storage. House is within a convenient distance to both UON and NTU.
Tram services to city centre and university are located nearby. 2 minute walk from Castle Retail Park.
Rent is £138 pppw (bills included).
Tenancy starts: 3rd August 2023 - 31st July 2024
