We are 3 guys looking for 1 or 2 people to join us in our accomodation in the city centre for this September, we are a 5 minute walk from NTU City Campus. 

- Rent is £95pppw with bills not included (however if we get 5 people then with bills it will be an extra £24 so in total £119 pppw)
- Tenacy is 12 months (1 sept - 30th aug)
- Double bed
- One shared bathroom
- One shared kitchen
